Not included
These are costs of running the property itself. We show every one of them on your monthly statement.
- Platform fees charged by Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
- Cleaning, linen and guest consumables for each stay.
- Repairs, replacements and utilities (DEWA, internet, cooling).
- Government fees for the holiday home permit, and the Tourism Dirham collected per night.
- Professional photography, if your home doesn’t have suitable photos yet.
