What this website is for

This website describes the holiday home management service we are launching for property owners in Dubai, together with a DET-licensed operating partner, and lets you request a free income estimate or contact us. We do not currently operate holiday homes in Dubai. No service is contracted or paid for on this website. Any management service is agreed afterwards in a written contract, which is what governs the relationship.

Fees and figures

This website does not state a fee. Your fee is confirmed in your estimate and in the signed contract. Fees are shown before VAT unless stated otherwise.

Ratings and review counts are figures from our portfolio in Spain, with the date shown next to them. They do not refer to stays in Dubai. Examples and estimates are for guidance only and do not guarantee the results of any specific property.

Permits and regulation

Letting a home to tourists in Dubai requires a holiday home permit and compliance with the applicable rules. Information on this website about permits and regulation is general and is not legal advice.
