Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, details about your property (area, size, furnishing, current use) and anything you choose to tell us.
Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To prepare your revenue estimate and reply to your questions. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
To follow up about our services for your property, if you asked us for an estimate. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To keep the website secure, based on our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run our business, under contract and for the purposes above: our CRM provider (HighLevel), which stores enquiries; our hosting provider (Hostinger); Google, which serves the fonts used on this website; and Meta, if you contact us on WhatsApp. Some of these providers may process data outside your country, with the safeguards required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation about our services is ongoing; if no contract follows, for a maximum of two years from the last contact. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
