FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

The same answers as on the home page, on their own URL. If yours is not here, the estimate form and WhatsApp are the next step.

How much does holiday home management cost?

Your fee is confirmed in your free estimate, before you sign. In Dubai, management fees typically run 15–25% of rental revenue, depending on the service. That range is the market, not our fee.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No lock-in is our standard in Spain. Dubai terms are confirmed in writing before you sign. If you decide to stop, we agree a handover date and close any future bookings properly so guests and reviews are protected.

Do I need a permit to rent my home short term in Dubai?

Yes. In Dubai, a home let to tourists by the night needs a holiday home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Together with our DET-licensed operating partner, we walk you through the requirements and the documents for your unit before it goes live.

Which platforms will my home be listed on?

Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, with one calendar so nights are never double-booked.

Can I still stay in my home?

Yes. Tell us the dates and we block them in the calendar. The earlier we know, the easier it is to plan pricing around your stays.

How and when do I get paid?

The plan is a monthly payout with a statement that shows every booking, the platform fees, our fee and any costs, line by line.

Which areas of Dubai do you cover?

We are registering owners for our launch across Dubai, including Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, JLT and Palm Jumeirah. If your area is not listed, ask us.

Do you offer a guaranteed monthly rent?

No. Guaranteed rent is not part of the Dubai launch. The service is holiday home management. If a long let would pay more, we say so in the estimate.

Ask about your home.

A free estimate is the useful next step. The fee is in that reply, before you sign.
