Management. We list the home on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, review the price, look after guests and send a statement every month. A holiday home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism is required before the home goes live. We walk through that with our licensed partner.
You can still stay in the home. Tell us the dates and we block them.
What is not on offer
A guaranteed monthly rent is not part of this launch. We start with management, and we say so if a long let would pay you more.
We do not publish a fee percentage here. Public guides put holiday home management in Dubai around 15–25% of rental revenue. That is the market range, not our price. Yours is in the estimate.
